Spaghetti Bolognaise

Cook spaghetti in TM

Boil water in TM 12min/100/1. Add spaghetti thru the hole. Cook time according to packet/100/rev speed 1.

Prepare bolognaise sauce

  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 40g olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 50g red wine
  • 50g water
  • 150g tomato paste or puree

Chop carrots in TM 5s/5.

Chop onion, garlic, celery,  basil 7s/5.

Add oil, beef, bay leaf, salt to taste. Cook 10min/100/rev speed 1.

Add red wine, water, tomato paste/puree. Cook 20min/100/rev speed 1.
