Basil Chicken

  • 2 red chillies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Chicken fillet, sliced thinly, seasoned with salt, pepper, light soy.
  • 1T Fish sauce
  • 1t Dark soy
  • .5t Brown sugar (I use gula melaka)
  • 2 sprigs basil leaves

Place garlic and chillies in TM bowl. Chop 5s/5.

Add oil. Saute 3mins/V/1.

Insert butterfly. Add chicken. Cook 3mins/100/rev stir.

Remove butterfly. Add sauces. Cook 2mins/V/rev stir. Cook longer if chicken is still uncooked.

Add basil leaves. 15s/rev stir.

Transfer to a dish. Garnish with more basil leaves.
